A post-doctoral position is open at INSERM UMR 976 – HIPI – for 1.5 year with the possibility for a successful candidate of a 1.5 year extension.
The project aims at the development of novel Chimeric Antigen Receptor based therapy targeting Multiple Myeloma tumor plasma cells. The candidate will join a group of 6 persons working on this program and will interact with the clinical departments involved in CAR-T clinical trials.
The lab, headed by Dr Jean-Christophe Bories, is located at the Institute of Hematology of Paris (https://hipi-lab-saint-louis.fr/), which is a world-class immunology and hematology institute with a tradition of high quality basic and translational research. It provides an international research environment with access to modern facilities with state-of-the-art equipment. The Institute of Hematology is located in the medical area of the Hospital Saint-Louis at the heart of Paris.
This position is open to dynamic young research scientists, with strong expertise in immunology and molecular biology, whatever their present position and nationality, who have defended their PhD within the last 3 years.
Selected candidate will be guaranteed a monthly gross salary of € 3 000-3 400. The host laboratory will provide the candidate with dedicated laboratory space and access to animal house and core technological facilities.
