A propos

Our research team explores the biology of T cells at different levels. For example, understanding the mechanisms of differentiation, the impact of the micro-environment in which they evolve, exhaustion, the effect of treatments... in order to define new targets or therapeutic approaches. In this context, ongoing laboratory studies are currently focusing on the non-canonical functions of the NLRP3 protein. The INSERM UMR 1231 unit is located in the Faculty of Health Sciences of Dijon. Its location allows it to have privileged access to the various platforms on campus (animal science, cytometry, NGS, lipidomics, etc.). Strong interactions with the other teams at the research center have already been established and we work in close collaboration with the GF Lelerc cancer centre.

Poste et missions

The candidate will have access to transgenic mice to carry out his work.
